NyumbaFast helps landlords and hosts reach people looking for a home or short stay. Property listings are free to submit. Tenants can compare public details such as general location, property type and rent; they pay the displayed unlock fee to access exact location and host contact details.
How to submit a listing
- Create a landlord account and verify your email.
- Complete the landlord onboarding details.
- Add the rental or BnB information, choose the map pin and submit it for review.
- Upload approved property photos and keep availability current from your dashboard.
After submission, the listing goes through review before it appears in public search. You can manage submitted listings and availability in the landlord dashboard.
